RVers head out on the highway, home and all

Sometime during the last three decades, the ’60s motorcycle rebels from “Easy Rider” grew up.

Now part of that generation’s income is going toward a new way to pursue their wanderlust — motor homes, recreational vehicles and campers.

Dan Kussow of Van Boxtel RV Supermart in Green Bay, WI said the industry had a stellar year in 2004, and part of it was driven by the baby boomers.

“It’s the thought of being free,” he said. “Not being tied to a desk … they finally have an opportunity to go where they want to go and do what they want to do.” Full Story...
