California County Campground Getting $1.7 million Upgrade

A Santa Clara County, CA, campground is getting a $1.7 million makeover beginning later this month but will remain open during the process.

The camping area at Coyote Lake-Harvey Bear Ranch Park is currently largely undeveloped with only a restroom building and informal parking.

Following the completion of the improvement project, it will include 17 recreational vehicle campsites with water and electricity hookups, showers in addition to the existing restrooms, an amphitheater and a group camping area.

Construction should be completed by next spring.
