Monaco Coach Creates Buzz with Online Video

Industrial espionage at one of the biggest RV makers in the industry? Not quite. Rather, it’s an effort by Monaco to engage in a little viral marketing and generate some buzz about the brand in the form of a humorous, low-budget video.

“It’s really just an experiment,” said Steve Barth, Monaco’s Web development director.

Visitors to are greeted with a 3-minute, 20-second video (also posted on YouTube) featuring Bill and Ed, middle-aged guys wearing jeans and Monaco gimme hats.
