California Couple Loses Everything in Motorhome fire.

A California couple lost everything in a RV fire on Highway 101 closes onramp of State Route 58 and slows traffic.

A fire spokesman says problems with the motor home's brakes or engine might be to blame. He says the RV was fully engulfed within five minutes.

"It just started smoking, and we pulled over, and all of a sudden, it burst into flames," said Gloria Hatley, owner of the RV.

"They actually lived in this motor home, this was their full time residence," said Eric Cleveland, Cal Fire Batallion Chief.

Gloria and her husband Bob Hatley were not injured. The damage is estimated around $185,000.
