Motorhome stolen in MN stripped, dumped in FL
Forest Lake Times - Forest Lake,MN
A motorhome stolen near Anoka, MN over the weekend was found in Forest Lake, FL on Sunday morning, with a number of interior components stripped, according to Forest Lake Police Department reports.
The vehicle, a Forest River Lexington model, was still running when police arrived.
Police in Forest Lake confirmed the unit had been taken from Shorewood RV, Anoka.
The motorhome had been stripped of its television, sink, stove, refrigerator and a portable generator, the chief said. Police believe the motorhome's ignition was punched out and hot-wired by the thieves.
