PA Campground beset by sewer problems forced to close

Berks County, PA - An RV campground, Appalachian Campsites near Shartlesville, beset by sewer problems and soil contamination will remain closed this year, according to several campers and the campgroundās Web site.
The Web site provided no details but direct people to a sister site, Spring Gulch Resort Campground near New Holland, Lancaster County.
Regular campers at the 86-acre Appalachian Campsites off Interstate 78 said they received letters explaining that the facility closed because of on-site sewer problems.
The campsite is owned by Equity Lifestyle Properties, Chicago.
