Time to Move On (Over)!

I will admit this is a gripe as well as a safety hint, but how many times have you been in a traffic clog on a road or highway, only to find out eventually it is caused by someone who just won't move out of the left lane?
In every state I know of, slower traffic is supposed to stay to the right, except in the United Kingdom and Australia. I know that law enforcement has better things to do than give citations or warnings to left lane hogs. But these people rarely see the effects their behavior causes. Here are a few driver types and other behaviors I have seen in the last few days, while sitting in the right lane pulling a RV.
