Freightliner Custom Chassis presents XCP model
GAFFNEY, S.C. -- Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation's XCP chassis drives Sportscoach's Legend motorhome. The XCP chassis features a Cummins ISM 10.8-liter diesel engine which generates 500 horsepower and 1,550 foot-pounds of torque to provide acceleration and responsiveness on steep inclines and when towing vehicles.
The XCP features a raised-rail configuration allowing for nearly 200 cubic feet of exterior basement storage, a 60-degree wheel cut for maneuverability in tight spaces, independent front suspension, air disc brakes on all six wheels, up to 44,600 pounds GVWR, and a tag axle that provides a smooth and quiet ride.
