Bucolic Lakefront campground flooded again

The campground at Crystal Lake near Lodi is a popular, seasonal spot, with well-appointed trailers ringing the lake, and piers and boats bobbing lazily in the water.
But for the second time this summer, rains have swollen the lake and swamped some of the lakefront.
