RVers Lining up for Spot in NY State Fair Campground
Geddes, New York - Some dedicated fans of the New York State Fair showed up at the Fairgrounds Wednesday - the first day campers and RVs can line up for a chance to buy spots at the Fair's campgrounds.
There are no advance reservations - it's all first-come first-serve. Lining up Wednesday means these folks are practically guaranteed first dibs on the best spots, when campground tickets go on-sale August 16.
