City considers allowing refinery workers to live in RVs

Businessman Mike Storey won positive recommendations Tuesday from the Plan Commission that he needs to sublet trailer lots to people living in recreational vehicles while temporarily working at the WRB Refining Wood River Refinery.
Storey is planning to lease the southernmost 125 lots of Enchanted Village mobile home park, at Storey Lane and Stanley Road, from owner Affordable Residential Community (ARC). In turn, he wants to rent out the lots by the month to people with RVs and campers who come to the area to work on the expansion of the Wood River Refinery in Roxana.
