NRToday.com - Roseburg,OR,USA
The Umpqua National Forest is accepting applications for volunteer positions for the 2009 season. The forest seeks campground hosts, trail and campground maintenance crew members, and inspectors of aquatic invasive species.

Forest officials are interviewing for campground hosts for Eagle Rock and Poole Creek campgrounds, located on the upper North Umpqua River and at Lemolo Lake.

Volunteers are also needed to staff the Diamond Lake Visitor Center and the Pig Iron Lookout Tower — a fire lookout — near the Toketee Ranger Station.
