Business good for RV dealers paying attention to customer service - KS,USA
Despite the economy, business has been good, some dealers say, citing the extra attention they've given to customer service.

With a slumping economy and tight credit market, some might think this is a poor time to buy an RV. But the dealers and shoppers at the 20th annual Wichita RV Show on Wednesday think otherwise.

"My customers have been much more upbeat just in the last month," said James Ramsey, co-owner of Trailers & Hitches Inc. "Credit is easier than it was two months ago," he said.

He attributed that to the way banks have made it easier to borrow over the past 30 days.

Ramsey said he has sold three RVs this week. That is well above the normal, which is one a week.
