Monaco Coach cut workforce, may shut down operations
Troubled U.S. recreational-vehicle maker Monaco Coach Corp (MNC.N) eliminated most of its workforce, and said it may be forced to shut down if it failed to obtain additional financing.
In January, the company said it was exploring strategic options, including joint ventures and mergers, and also exploring options for some of its businesses.
Most of the separated employees had already been on furlough since mid-December 2008.
