RVers can now Live in Washington Mobile Home Parks
It's now legal for full time RVers to park and live in manufactured and mobile home communities in Washington state. Before the law, RVs couldn't stay for extended periods of time. Now cities and counties can't make that rule if you're primary home is your RV.
Washington's Governor Gregoire says mobile home parks are generally cheaper than R.V. Parks, and much safer than having people park in parking lots or dead end roads.
