Innovative Storage Solution for RV Owners

SAN DIEGO, CA, October 28, 2009 -- The principals of Big Easy Secure Warehouses are using their extensive development expertise to construct an exclusive class of storage that has found great success across the country. They call the concept a "personal warehouse". It is a term used in the storage industry to describe over-sized storage units that are for sale rather than for rent. Over the last several years, the concept caught on in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Texas, and in several northern states but they are new to Southern California. Founded by commercial real estate veterans, Big Easy Secure Warehouses was formed to meet the strong and growing demand for over-sized storage while providing incomparable value through ownership.

"There are over 1,000,000 RV's in California with countless more boats, personal watercraft, off-road vehicles, and collector cars yet there are few storage locations that provide fully enclosed units to store these expensive toys," said co-founder Chris Hughes. "Our concept goes beyond fully enclosed storage, offering exclusive space for the upper-end of the market that owns the more expensive coaches, high-performance boats, classic cars, and other valuable assets," Hughes added.

While the real value lies in the ability to own a unit, the Company wanted to create a project that provided every desirable amenity. The site includes an RV and boat wash bay, RV dump station and common area restrooms. The project's design includes extra-wide loading doors with a minimum 14 foot wide and 14 foot high clearance. Unit sizes will range from 480 to over 3,000 square feet, far more than what is offered at any other Southern California RV storage, boat and car storage project. The Company is also heavily investing in security. The facility will feature regular security patrol, gated electronic access, multiple motion-sensitive security cameras and each unit will include an entry alarm.

The Company has secured the required entitlements to construct the project in Temecula Valley. They chose the site because of its central location and easy freeway access from Interstates 15 and 215. Big Easy Secure Warehouses is now marketing the project to prospective buyers and has received strong interest in the ownership concept. The Company plans on offering phase I reservations in early 2010 to those people who have joined their interest list.
