September 2008- Leisure Holding, Inc., announces a partnership between and Cummins Coach Care. Through the partnership, Coach Care facilities will become official Inspected & ProtectedTM service centers, assisting individuals with private-to-private-party RV sales. The program builds confidence in such a sale by providing a service contract for the new buyer, thus enhancing the seller's listing on and other partner Web sites, and giving the buyer peace-of-mind and confidence in their purchase.

"When the industry works together to provide bundled solutions, products and services for consumers, everyone benefits. This partnership provides a convenient way for consumers to buy and sell RVs with confidence, helping to enhance the camping and RVing lifestyle."

As Inspected & Protected facilities, Coach Care centers will inspect private seller's vehicles listed on, activate a buyers Inspected & Protected contract and offer the Protective XtraRide program to consumers. As inspection centers, they will perform the universally adopted, 80-point inspection. After passing inspection, RVs carrying the Inspected & Protected seal will automatically be covered by a 90-day/3,000 mile mechanical breakdown service agreement upon sale of the vehicle.

Coach Care facilities first opened in April 2000 and there are currently 39 centers located throughout the United States. They provide qualified service support for the engine, generator, chassis and major appliances. Locations offer customers overnight parking with electrical hook-ups, comfortable lounges and sewage dump stations, where available.
