The ultimate in towing safety, security and peace of mind. Trailer Guardian�� prevents the trailer coupler from accidentally popping off the tow ball during travel. The trailer will still stay connected to the tow vehicle even if there is a faulty hookup, an improperly secured coupler latch, loss of nut from tow ball, or equipment failure. An added benefit is the ability to lock the trailer to the tow vehicle by placing a lock in one of the pinholes. Trailer Guardian consists of a mounting bracket and top plate that slides up and down for proper height adjustment. No more worries of having a trailer come loose from the tow vehicle. The worldwide patent pending DuraSafe Universal Coupler Lock features 1/8" incremental adjustments to easily fit every coupler on the market. The Universal Coupler Lock has 18 positions to properly fit all coupler sizes, couplers that come oversized from the factory and new coupler sizes. Available in stainless steel with an aluminum anodized lock head to resist weathering, the DuraSafe UCL also features reversible keys for easy insertion and a fail-safe locking system that won't allow the key to be removed unless in the locked position.
